The rules for using MentorNxt, written in plain language. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
These terms apply when you use the MentorNxt website and platform. MentorNxt is a self-study platform with programming courses made of lessons, interactive explanations, MCQs, practice problems, interview questions and checklists. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
A few lessons in each course are open to everyone as a free preview. A free account gives you the full lessons and saves your progress, streaks and activity.
Paid course access may be introduced later. No payments are taken today, and we will update these terms before any payment is taken.
Please do not:
The lessons, exercises, questions, text, code samples and design on MentorNxt belong to MentorNxt or the people who licensed them to us. While you have an account in good standing, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning.
You may use what you learn, and the code you write while practising, in your own projects. You may not republish the course material itself.
Mentor accounts are created by our admin team after an application is reviewed; they cannot be self-registered. Mentors help create and review course content. Any paid work, and how it is paid, is agreed in writing with the team before it starts. Content a mentor creates for MentorNxt is licensed to MentorNxt to publish on the platform, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Mentors are responsible for keeping their profile and payout details accurate.
You can stop using MentorNxt at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@mentornxt.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
We work hard to keep lessons accurate and the site running, but the platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error free, or that using it will lead to a job, placement or particular result. Courses marked "coming soon" may change or be delayed.
To the extent the law allows, MentorNxt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Because the platform is currently free to use, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email or on the site. Continuing to use MentorNxt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
Questions about these terms: support@mentornxt.com.
