How campus and off-campus hiring works
30 min · Beginner
A placement drive is a hiring event where a company tests and interviews students for jobs that start after graduation. Almost every drive follows the same path: a filter on your marks, an online test, one or more interviews and an offer letter. Knowing that path early means fewer surprises and better use of your time.
